About Kimberly Mackey, MCSP, CMP, Realtor®
Kimberly Mackey has 10 years of experience as an executive in the residential homebuilding industry. She has worked with builder/developers of all size. Prior to that, she was a successful business owner in both West Central Florida and Manhattan.
Kimberly holds a degree from the University of Tennessee in Corporate Communications and has been privileged to continue her professional education with some of the best minds in the building industry and beyond. Some of the highlights of which, include:

Kimberly specializes in all aspects of Sales and Marketing Management and Training. She enjoys a reputation as an innovator and a strong team builder. Since Kimberly also has experience in many of the other disciplines within building companies such as project management, construction, training,
closings, finance, budgeting, systems and purchasing, this allows her to bring a unique perspective on how all of the parts of the company
should work together to create the whole.
Kimberly is very active in the Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders, and, her local chapter, the Tampa Bay Builders Association. She is the President-elect of the Sales and Marketing Council Board of Directors and has chaired the Awards of Excellence Program for the past 4 years. She is also a member of the National Assoc. of Realtors®, and the Greater Tampa Assoc of Realtors®.
Kimberly lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband, Mark, and their two young children, Carson and Cora. In addition, they have 2 schnauzers and 1 horse.
